Abstract submission for the EWGT 2026 has finished and notification decisions have been sent out to corresponding authors. Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit the full papers of max. 8 pages before May 24th 2026, online via the Syskonf online platform(Details will be communicated via personalized e-mail). Full papers should describe the complete research investigation, including study background, objectives, methodology, findings and conclusions.
Full papers must be submitted in PDF format only and should strictly adhere to the Transportation Research Procedia formatting guidelines, provided in Word / LaTeX templates below. Please use the following templates to prepare your conference papers:

Remember to provide information of all the co-authors and indicate the corresponding author for each submission. Please also indicate up to 3 research topics relevant to your submission (from the list provided on the SysKonf platform). You can update and submit your paper before the submission deadline.
Each submission will be reviewed by the EWGT Scientific Committee. Review decisions will be communicated around July 01st 2026. You may be asked to revise your submissions based on the reviewers’ comments. Final acceptance for publication is contingent on satisfactory revision, if requested. Each paper must be also registered for and eventually presented at the EWGT 2026 conference. Please mind that each paper can be linked only to a single registration (of one corresponding author).
Accepted manuscripts will be published in the Transportation Research Procedia, continuing the long-standing partnership between Elsevier and EURO Working Group on Transportation. There will be also an opportunity to submit extended manuscripts for consideration in the special issues of high-impact transport journals. Details on special journal issues and the full EWGT Scientific Committee will be announced soon.
